 Spring is finally getting the upper hand on winter in Bergen, and ever more cyclists are seen out on the road, and lawns starts to turn green from yellow. We met up wit Geirmund "Gary" Sangedal on an easy rolling ride. Tune in for some humour and spring pictures from Bergen in this Youtube clip:

 Local athletes may join a wetsuit demo and sale session on Sunday April 11th. as Sailfish represented by TriBizNor will visit us.

 Local participants may also for 2010 enjoy a series of training sprint events. We plan to kick of with duathlons from April 15th. and will have a new training approximately every second week, switching to triathlon once the sea temperature allows for a short swim.

The winter in Bergen has been cold and very dry. The snow has layed continiously since december 19th. and this is a record length of a snow period, beating the last record from 1986-87.
